About Capital Blinds
Capital Blinds is Melbourne’s trusted specialists in custom blinds, shutters and curtains.
Founded in 2001, Capital Blinds proudly celebrates over 25 years of craftsmanship, growth, and dedication to quality window furnishings. What began as a small sole trader business operating from a humble garage quickly expanded through a passion for excellence, personalised service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for every customer.
In 2007, the business transitioned into a private limited company, marking an important milestone in our journey. As demand continued to grow, we established our first manufacturing facility in 2010, allowing us to expand production capabilities while maintaining strict quality control and attention to detail.
In 2020, we moved into our current purpose-built facility — a reflection of the experience, innovation, and knowledge developed over more than two decades in the industry. From modest beginnings to becoming a trusted Melbourne manufacturer and installer of window furnishings, we remain proud of our journey and excited about the future.
